You will lead test engineers embedded in agile teams, ensuring quality is built into products from the outset and influencing decisions across Product Managers, Architects, and Delivery Managers. The role supports hybrid working and a bold 2030 data strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading testing across multiple teams and defining/delivering testing strategies.
• Extensive experience designing functional and non-functional testing strategies for APIs, messaging platforms, and data services.
• Proven success in recruiting, coaching and developing test engineers and driving engineering excellence.
• Expert-level experience in Python-based test automation with automated API/data testing in cloud CI/CD pipelines.
