DWP Digital is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to shape testing quality across a complex data landscape. You will lead testing strategy, drive automation, and mentor engineers within agile delivery teams to ensure high-quality data products and services.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading testing across multiple teams and defining testing strategies.
• Experience with cloud-native, open-source and commercial data platforms.
• Designing functional and non-functional testing strategies (performance, accessibility, reliability, integration).
• Experience recruiting, coaching and developing Test Engineers.
• Expert-level Python-based test automation in cloud CI/CD pipelines.
