Job summary

DCV Technologies is seeking an experienced Test Automation Architect to lead the testing strategy for a BY WMS transformation. You will define end-to-end testing across functional, system, and automation streams and drive quality across warehouse processes.

You will design scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing, lead end-to-end automation across BY WMS and integrated systems, and integrate suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in test automation architecture and framework design.
• Hands-on API and integration testing automation.
• Knowledge of BY WMS or similar enterprise WMS platforms.
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern architectures.
• Knowledge of test data management and environment setup.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-wide test automation strategy and roadmap.
• Design scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Lead automation for end-to-end testing across BY WMS and integrated systems.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Select and standardize automation tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and DevOps teams to enable shift-left testing.
• Ensure high test coverage and reusability of automation assets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation engineers.
• Oversee defect management, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
• Drive test data management and environment strategy for automation.
• Monitor and report automation metrics, ROI, and quality improvements.
• Drive Agile testing practices, automation, and continuous quality improvement.
