Kier Group plc is seeking a Principal Temporary Works Engineer to join our team across key UK locations. The role offers agile working with up to 1-2 days from home. 40 hours per week with salary starting from £60k per annum, across multiple built environment projects.

You will lead complex temporary works design and management, review outputs for compliance, and support preconstruction planning and tenders. Chartered Engineering credentials are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent experience.
• Experience of temporary works design and/or management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex construction engineering services including temporary works design.
• Produce, check and review design outputs like calculations, sketches, drawings and 3D models.
• Support preconstruction planning and tenders with technical input.
