Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead solution architecture and platform design for a large telecom transformation programme. The role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery across ServiceNow modules, CMDB, and data migration.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end architecture, define platform governance, and oversee integrations with OSS/BSS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive ServiceNow architecture and enterprise-scale delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of TSM, TSOM, CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SecOps and IRM.
• Proven ability to design complex integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub patterns.
• Hands-on JavaScript, Flow Designer, and platform configuration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
• Translate requirements into scalable design and implementation roadmaps.
• Define platform blueprint, integration patterns, data flows, security model, and non-functional requirements.
• Lead CMDB and CSDM architecture including data quality and governance.
• Guide development and DevOps teams through build, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
