Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is hiring a Technical & Fabric Services Supervisor for our London site. You will lead the on-site engineering team, manage day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of safety and performance across building systems.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in critical environments such as data centres, and formal qualifications (18th Edition, HV/LV, and C&G 1&2). On-site responsibilities and event support are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments including Banking HQ and Data Centres.
• C&G Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent/higher qualification.
• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate the on-site engineering team to deliver the JLL Statement of Work.
• Manage day-to-day engineering activities and staff performance including appraisals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors to maintain 100% uptime and safety standards.
