Qualifications

• Experience in customer relationship or account management within manufacturing.
• Customer-facing or technical role in food/pharmaceutical sector essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and initiative.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail related to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop Technical Account Managers in managing customer accounts.
• Lead client onboarding, product setup and training on processing technologies.
• Respond to client queries and troubleshoot technical issues in red meat products.
• Manage customer account reviews with production performance, quality and feedback data.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Engineering and QA to deliver sector solutions.
• Stay informed about meat-processing tech, regulations and welfare standards.
