Oasis Academy Brislington is seeking a Lead Teaching Assistant for the One Hub provision. The role focuses on pastoral care for students with SEMH needs, working closely with staff to promote well-being and attainment.

The successful candidate will support attendance, collaborate with families, and provide holistic care while thriving in a supportive school environment during term time.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships.
• Be a good team player upholding the Academy systems, culture and expectations.
• Good ICT skills, e.g., Microsoft Package.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral support to students and families within the One Hub.
• Promote positive attendance and punctuality through the Attendance strategy.
• Collaborate with safeguarding and multi‑agency services as needed.
