Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in rail systems engineering or embedded systems with project management.
- Proficiency in TCMS design, embedded software development, CAN and Ethernet.
- Strong understanding of safety-critical systems and lifecycle management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable TCMS architectures for rail vehicles.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical and software engineers to integrate TCMS.
- Develop and validate reliable control algorithms to reduce failures.
- Introduce new technologies to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Mentor teammates, document processes, and drive continuous improvement.
