Job summary

ARM LIMITED is seeking a senior Requirements Engineer to capture user needs and develop digital requirements solutions within a regulated engineering context. The role focuses on configuring DOORS Next/Classic, establishing traceability and integrating with MBSE, PLM and verification tools.

You will lead the improvement of requirements processes, support tool integration, and contribute to digital engineering governance and standards across complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in Requirements Engineering, Requirements Management or Digital Engineering.
• Strong understanding of requirements lifecycle, traceability and change management.
• Practical experience with DOORS Next and/or DOORS Classic.

• INCOSE or equivalent Systems Engineering/MBSE qualification.
