Job summary

ARM is seeking an experienced Requirements Management Lead to support digital engineering initiatives in Reading. You will translate engineering needs into robust requirements processes, workflows and toolchain integrations, particularly with DOORS Next or DOORS Classic.

You will capture user needs, define improvement opportunities, establish traceability with MBSE, PLM and verification tools, and help deploy solutions across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Requirements Engineering/Management or Digital Engineering.
• Strong understanding of requirements lifecycle, traceability and change management.
• Experience with complex engineering programmes.

Responsibilities

Requirements Management Lead

Location: Reading

Contract: 6 months

Rate: Up to £100 per hour (Inside IR35)

Security Clearance: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a high level of UK security clearance.

The Opportunity

Essential Skills and Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in Requirements Engineering, Requirements Management or Digital Engineering.
• Strong understanding of requirements lifecycle, traceability and change management.
• Practical experience with DOORS Next and/or DOORS Classic.
• Experience working on complex engineering programmes.

Desirable Experience

• Aerospace, defence, automotive or other regulated industries.
• Teamcenter Requirements Management.
• Knowledge of OSLC, ReqIF, MBSE, PLM and Digital Thread integration.
• INCOSE or equivalent Systems Engineering/MBSE qualification.
