Job summary

Morson Group is recruiting a Lead Systems Engineer for Requirements Management in Reading with hybrid working (minimum 50% on site). This 6-month contract role focuses on defining and delivering Digital Engineering solutions for Requirements Engineering and management within a Defence/Aerospace context.

You will work on tool configurations, data structures and workflows, maintaining traceability with MBSE, PLM and verification environments, and collaborating with stakeholders to deploy digital

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Requirements Engineering and Management.
• Experience with DOORS Next/DOORS Classic required.
• Background in complex, regulated industries like Defence or Aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Capture and analyse user needs and translate to digital solutions.
• Define and improve requirements processes, workflows and info structures.
• Support design/config of requirements tool solutions, especially DOORS.
• Define traceability and integration with MBSE, PLM and verification.
• Develop interfaces and data exchange between engineering tools.
• Create proofs-of-concept, pilots and demos for digital requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy digital solutions.
