Job summary

ZeroAvia, based in Kemble, seeks an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (IVVQ) to lead validation, integration, verification and environmental qualification for the ZA200 propulsion system. You will own IVVQ plans, drive test campaigns across aircraft, system and component levels, and coordinate with Airworthiness, Certification, Safety and Design teams.

The role requires a degree in aerospace/electrical/mechanical engineering (Master’s preferred), about 6+ years in aerospace systems

Qualifications

• 6+ years of systems engineering experience in aerospace programmes (certified or in-certification).
• Strong knowledge of ARP4754B; familiarity with ARP4761/A, DO-178C, DO-254.
• Experience planning and executing IVVQ programmes with test development and traceability.
• Experience with DO-160G environmental qualification and supplier test oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver IVVQ activities across aircraft, system, and item levels for ZA200 fuel cell system.
• Develop and maintain V&V, integration, and qualification plans aligned with schedules.
• Plan and execute validation, integration, verification, and environmental campaigns.
• Authorise test specifications, procedures, execution and results; lead defect investigations.
• Lead IVVQ reviews and represent IVVQ at design reviews with stakeholders.
