ACCENTURE SG SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Lead System Analyst to guide strategic system analysis across complex initiatives.

You will mentor a team of analysts, translate business needs into technical solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation and optimization. Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering, modeling processes, translating requirements into designs and APIs, and overseeing QA/UAT.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
7-10+ years in systems or business analysis with leadership exposure.
Experience with data and/or AI is a plus.
Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Mansioni

Lead requirements gathering and management across stakeholder groups.
Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations.
Translate business needs into technical designs, data mappings, and APIs.
Oversee design docs, test plans, and QA/UAT activities.
Serve as technical liaison between IT delivery teams and stakeholders.
Mentor and lead junior analysts and contribute to staff development.
Identify process improvements and establish analytics/documentation best practices.
Participate in strategic planning and enterprise architecture initiatives.
