We are seeking a Lead Sustainability Specialist to join Telent's team in Northampton. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing the company's sustainability strategy, supporting business units to meet environmental objectives, and ensuring compliance with ISO14001 and legal requirements across various divisions. This role involves up to 50% UK-wide travel and requires prior relevant experience in sustainability leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on environmental and sustainability matters to project teams and leaders.
  • Develop and oversee environmental assurance and audit programs.
  • Assist in preparing sustainability and carbon reduction plans for contracts and bids.
  • Manage performance data and generate carbon management reports.
  • Conduct reviews of environmental impacts and climate change risks within business units.
  • Support integration of sustainable practices throughout project life cycles.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualification: PIEMA
