Senior Environmental Advisor - Warwickshire, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior Environmental Advisor to support the implementation of our Sustainability Strategy across our Rail and Asset Management divisions. This role involves up to 50% UK-wide travel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to EHS teams and project leads on environment and sustainability to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
• Develop and oversee environmental assurance programs, including audits and inspections.
• Assist in preparing sustainability and carbon reduction plans for contracts and bids.
• Manage performance data and generate carbon management reports to meet customer and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews of environmental impacts and climate change risks within business units.
• Support project teams to embed sustainable and carbon reduction practices throughout project lifecycles.

Candidate Profile:

Applicants should have experience in a similar environmental and sustainability role within industries such as Rail, Telecoms, Utilities, or Construction.

Minimum Requirements:

• PIEMA qualification
• ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor certification
• Proven experience in providing technical sustainability and environmental advice
• Track record of reducing environmental impacts of equipment and infrastructure
• Experience managing complex projects involving technical change or improvements
• Full driving license and willingness to travel across the UK
