Job Description:

Senior Environmental Advisor - Warwickshire, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

At Telent, you will be part of a mission to keep critical networks connected and protected 24/7. Reporting to the Environmental and Sustainability Manager, you will implement the Telent Sustainability Strategy, support business units in waste and carbon reduction, and ensure compliance with ISO14001 and legal requirements across Rail and Asset Management divisions. This role involves up to 50% UK-wide travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to EHS teams and project leads on environment and sustainability requirements.
  • Define and support environmental assurance and audit programs.
  • Assist in preparing sustainability and carbon reduction plans for contracts and bids.
  • Develop and maintain performance data and carbon management reports.
  • Review environmental aspects and impacts, including climate change risks.
  • Embed sustainable practices throughout project lifecycle stages.
Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have experience in environmental and sustainability roles within industries such as Rail, Telecoms, Utilities, or Construction.

Minimum Requirements:
  • PIEMA qualification
  • ISO14001:2015 Lead Auditor
