Job summary

Lifeways Group in Halifax is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support the Service Manager in managing our Supported Living services. This role offers career progression and development within a supportive organisation.

The ideal candidate is an Experienced Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care and a drive to grow with us. DBS clearance is provided, and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Willingness to train and develop with the organisation.
