Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Supported Living Registered Manager covering Taunton, Chard and Frome. You will head the team to provide a safe, caring and compliant service for residents, ensuring high care standards in line with CQC regulations.

The role is based from the Taunton office with regular visits to services in Taunton, Frome and Chard. Applicants should have at least 12 months right to work, QCF 4 or equivalent, and experience in the Learning Disability sector.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in supported living or similar care settings.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance.
• Experience with vulnerable client groups and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the care team to deliver safe, dignified, and compliant services.
• Oversee audits, staff induction, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure incidents are handled with duty of candour and regulatory compliance.
