Intuitive Thinking Skills is recruiting a Supported Employment Team Leader to deliver the Connect to Work programme across Blaenau Gwent and Torfaen. You will lead Employment Specialists, oversee casework and ensure high‑quality, person-centred support.

The role involves managing performance against KPIs, developing partnerships with local employers and health and social care organisations, and promoting inclusive employment opportunities in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supported employment or similar teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
• Ability to manage KPIs and performance targets.
• Trauma-informed approach to client support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Employment Specialists to deliver trauma-informed supported employment.
• Monitor KPIs and programme targets and drive improvements.
• Deliver team meetings, supervision, and performance reviews.
• Develop employer engagement strategies and partnerships.
• Oversee data recording, registration, and reporting accuracy.
• Provide staff training and professional development plans.
• Engage with community and service partners to enhance delivery.
