Job summary

Best Lives Limited is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead support staff within our service in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for staff appraisals, training needs, and ensuring documentation is ready for inspection.

You will also ensure all clients have a person-centred plan within one month of entering the service, organise rotas, support relationship development, and help people lead full, active lives in the community with meaningful activities and friendships.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff supervision and annual appraisals.
• Ability to document sessions for inspection.

Responsibilities

• Carry out staff supervision and annual appraisals and document them.
• Ensure every client has a person-centred plan within one month of entering the service, and that reviews occur regularly.
• Organise the rota for all support staff within the property.
• Help people to maintain and develop relationships of their choice.
• Enable people supported to lead full, purposeful lives in the community and develop friendships and activities.
