Best Lives is seeking an Acting Lead Support Worker to manage day-to-day operations of a Supported Living location in St Helens. The role focuses on supervising staff, maintaining person-centred plans and ensuring high-quality support is delivered to clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and conduct annual appraisals, identifying training needs.
• Ensure person-centred plans are in place within one month of admission and reviews are conducted regularly.
• Organise rota for all support staff within the property.
• Help clients maintain relationships of their choice.
• Enable clients to lead full, purposeful lives in the community.
