Job summary

Best Lives Limited is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead support staff within our service in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for staff appraisals, training needs, and ensuring documentation is ready for inspection.

You will also ensure all clients have a person-centred plan within one month of entering the service, organise rotas, support relationship development, and help people lead full, active lives in the community with meaningful activities and friendships.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff supervision and annual appraisals.
• Ability to document sessions for inspection.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To carry out supervisions and annual appraisals for each staff member and identify training needs on an annual basis. To ensure all sessions are documented and on file ready for inspection.
• To ensure all clients have a person centred plan within one month of coming into the service. To be responsible for ensuring all reviews take place on a regular basis.
• To organise the rota for all support staff within the property.
• Help people to maintain and develop relationships of their choice.
• To enable people we support lead full and purposeful lives in the community and to develop a range of friendships, activities and relationships
