Job summary

Bridgewell, our new supported living service, supports adults with learning disabilities to live confidently and independently in a warm, respectful environment. We are looking for Assistant Support Workers who bring kindness, reliability and a calm, positive approach to personal care, daily tasks and community activities.

A full UK driving licence and a care certificate (or willingness to undertake) are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence (manual) and hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
• Willing to undertake at least one sleep-in per week with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in.
• Shifts include weekends/bank holidays: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care and medication administration.
• Assist with daily tasks and community activities.
• Help residents stay safe during unexpected situations.
• Provide personalised, compassionate care in a warm environment.

You will support with personal care, medication, daily tasks, and community activities, helping people build confidence and stay safe during unexpected situations. We are looking for people who are:

• Reliable and flexible (shifts include weekends/bank holidays: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm)
