Location: Burford, West Oxford
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Annual Salary: £27,590.16 PLUS Company Benefits, with a realistic earn up to salary of £34,853.50
We are seeking an experienced Lead Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities and make a positive difference in their lives. Based in a well-presented house supporting four individuals, you will have the opportunity to personalise support and develop strong relationships. As a proactive, engaging, and caring individual, you will serve as a Practice Lead, promoting our values and ensuring the best outcomes for those we support. Please note that the current residents are seeking a new housemate, so eventually, you will support five people.
You should demonstrate good organisational and IT skills, with an eye for detail to keep support plans updated and relevant. You will help colleagues maintain high standards of compliance and safety within the home.
Shift patterns include a mixture of early (07:00-14:30) and late (14:30-22:00) shifts, with at least one sleep-in shift per week. Availability on alternate weekends is also required.
