Qualifications

• Significant experience in Supply Chain, Retail, Wholesale, FMCG or Logistics.
• Experience leading teams and developing people.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, ordering, replenishment, inventory management and planning.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale business transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with forecasting and replenishment transformation.

Responsibilities

• Developing Supply Chain strategies and future capabilities to support growth and reduce cost.
• Supporting network design, inventory strategy and capacity planning decisions.
• Developing business cases for transformational change and technology investment.
• Shaping the future ordering and replenishment roadmap with automation and decision support.
• Improving forecast accuracy and inventory productivity.
• Leading root cause investigations into availability and inventory performance.
• Acting as business lead and product owner for Supply Chain capabilities.
• Defining requirements for future planning, forecasting and replenishment systems.
• Working with Technology to deliver scalable solutions.
• Leading implementation and optimisation of planning technologies and new ways of working.
• Championing automation, AI and analytics where appropriate.
• Leading analytical agenda across strategic initiatives and delivering actionable insights.
