Job summary

Booker is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Analytics Manager to shape the future of its supply chain through data, technology and insight. You will lead analysts and supply chain specialists, delivering transformational changes across forecasting, ordering, replenishment, inventory management and planning to improve availability and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Supply Chain, Retail, Wholesale, FMCG or Logistics.
• Experience leading teams and developing people.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, ordering, replenishment, inventory management, availability and Supply Chain planning.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale business transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience developing strategy and translating plans into execution.
• Advanced data analysis using SQL, R or Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop Supply Chain strategies and future capabilities to support growth and reduce cost.
• Support network design, inventory strategy and capacity planning decisions.
• Develop business cases for transformational change and technology investment.
• Shape and deliver future ordering and replenishment roadmap with automation and decision support.
• Improve forecast accuracy and inventory productivity.
• Lead root cause investigations into availability, waste and inventory performance.
• Act as business lead for key Supply Chain capabilities and define system requirements.
• Collaborate with Technology to deliver scalable planning solutions.
• Champion automation, AI and advanced analytics where appropriate.
• Drive value through analytics and measurable improvements.
• Build and develop high-performing analytics and Supply Chain teams.
