Saipem is seeking a Construction Subcontract Manager to lead the Subcontract Engineers/Administrators team on the ENI Liverpool Bay project. You will ensure Subcontract Administration compliance, manage variations and claims, and coordinate cost, schedule and forecast analyses for offshore facilities and complex construction work.

We require a minimum of 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor with offshore or energy sector experience and exposure to contract management.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Previous experience within offshore facilities, industrial plants, or complex construction projects in the Oil & Gas or wider energy sector is required.
• Candidates with some exposure to contract management activities will be considered

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Subcontract Engineers/Administrators team.
• Ensure the procedure of Subcontract Administration is implemented and followed by Subcontractors.
• Review and validate the progress payments submitted by Subcontractors.
• Provide project management with support in identifying variations and/or claims with implications on program and forecasts.
• Analyse Site Technical Queries, Site Instructions, and Deviation Requests to determine cost impact and negotiate with Subcontractors on price.
• Ensure that extra works, new unit prices, claims, back charges, liquidated damages and close out of Subcontracts are performed in accordance with procedures.
• Participate in change management and forecast analysis.
• Ensure the issuance of Completion Certificates.
• Manage regular updates of Subcontracts Forecasts analysis.
• Oversee commercial close out of Subcontract Agreements.
• Share lessons learned and feedback on Construction issues and risks
