Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the construction fit-out on a large infrastructure project in London. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in reinforced concrete, structural works, temporary works and architectural fit-out.

The role demands at least 10 years in construction with 5 years as a Sub Agent, SMSTS and CSCS qualifications, and a proven track record in site delivery, sequencing and method statements. On-site attendance is five days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ construction industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Sub Agent.
• Construction fit-out experience.
• Reinforced concrete and drainage.
• Architectural fit-out

Responsibilities

• Support the construction fit-out on a large infrastructure project.
• Assist with sequencing, site delivery and temporary works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and interfaces on site.
• Ensure compliance with method statements and safety requirements.
