Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Manchester seeks a Chartered Structural Engineer to lead and oversee design delivery across varied building structures projects. You will mentor engineers, liaise with clients and drive innovative, sustainable solutions from concept to construction.

The role requires strong leadership, Eurocode expertise and experience with BIM tools (Robot, Revit). Hybrid working supports collaboration across disciplines and locations in the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) with IStructE or ICE.
• Significant experience in structural design across a variety of sectors.
• Proven design delivery in steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber.
• Strong understanding of Eurocodes for steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Mentoring and supporting chartership progression for junior engineers.
• Familiar with BIM tools such as Robot and Revit.
