Job Title: Senior/Lead Structural Engineer

Location: Cayman Islands

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead structural design projects from concept to completion.
2. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical expertise.
3. Engage with clients to ensure project success.

5. Participate in succession planning for leadership roles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience, with 5+ in a senior role.
• Proficiency in ETABS, Revit, AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Chartered Structural Engineer qualification preferred.

Up to US$130,000 per annum (tax free), based on experience.
