Job Summary:

A unique opportunity to lead the structures design team on the A303 Stonehenge upgrade, an iconic project on a world heritage site.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural design team for the project.
• Assist clients with conceptual design, technical feasibility, and constructability.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, ensuring timely communication and integration.
• Present design options and final designs to contractors and clients.
• Review technical documentation and identify critical issues.
• Guide BIM modeling and drawing production.
• Conduct site reviews to ensure construction adherence to design and codes.
• Develop structural details and construction plans.
• Review shop drawings and field services during construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering (preferred).
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in structural design and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with complex projects involving P3, infrastructure, underground LRT, and subway systems.
• Expertise in bridge design and loading calculations (SAP, Midas).
• Knowledge of pre-stress concrete, precast construction, steel structures, and underground geostructures is desirable.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as SAP2000 and Robot Structural Analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Navisworks, Bluebeam is desirable.
• Strong project management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff and clients.
