In response to their growing workload, our client is looking to recruit a Principal level engineer for their Southwest London Office. This role will suit a candidate looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced, dynamic company, with exciting projects to help spearhead, while taking responsibility for leading and developing a growing team.

What you’ll be doing?

1. Undertaking concept designs and planning projects through to completion
2. Leading and managing project teams to deliver a wide range of projects
3. Leading, managing, and mentoring a talented team of engineers
4. Assisting in recruiting for your team and managing project resources
5. Clearly communicating goals and targets to the team
6. Providing regular reports to the management team
7. Expanding and developing relationships with clients and networks
8. Developing new business opportunities and introducing new clients
