Job summary

The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, part of Minor Hotels, seeks a Lead Steward to supervise and support the Stewarding team. You will help maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and back-of-house areas while guiding staff.

Ideal candidates have Stewarding experience, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach. Fluency in English is preferred, with opportunities across Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Stewarding role, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards.
• Fluency in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the daily activities of the Stewarding team.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain stewarding stores, operating equipment, and waste management processes.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards.
