Job summary

Ambitek Limited is seeking an experienced Steel Erection Supervisor for nationwide projects, based in Winsford with travel across the UK. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for the erection and installation of portal-framed steel structures to high standards of quality and safety.

The role requires a strong leader with 10+ years in steel erection, SSSTS/CSCS/IPAF qualifications, and CPCS Slinger/Signaller. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in steel erection.
• Valid SSSTS, CSCS card and IPAF certification.
• CPCS Slinger/Signaller qualification.
• NVQ Level 3 in Steel Erecting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A commitment to health and safety

Responsibilities

• Supervise steel erection activities on nationwide projects.
• Oversee installation of portal-framed buildings.
• Lead and support the site team to ensure safety and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate site activities and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Travel to UK sites with overnight stays as required.
