Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising civil engineering works on large industrial or power-related projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civils and structural steel activities on site.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
• Manage health & safety compliance, toolbox talks, site inductions, and RAMS.
• Monitor and maintain correct installation of RC works, shuttering, formwork, rebar placement, and concrete pours.
