Job summary

Centristic Ltd is seeking Steel Erector/Plant Installers to join our site teams across England, with the first assignment in the Mendips and nationwide projects to follow.

You will erect steelwork, conveyors and mechanical installations, and help manage projects from initiation to commissioning while upholding the highest health and safety standards. Training and development opportunities are available for all ages, with a trainee route possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Structural steel handling experience is preferred.
• Experience working with quarrying/mining site teams preferred.
• Training certifications (IPAF, CPCS Slinger, CPCS Telehandler, SPA quarry passport) are beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Erect steelwork, conveyors and mechanical installations such as screens and crushers.
• Manage small to large scale projects from initiation to commissioning, performance testing, and client sign off.
• Maintain the highest levels of health and safety at all times.
