Job summary

Holmes Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our growing team in Scotland. You will lead the nursing team, oversee medicine management and ensure high standards of care for residents.

A current NMC registration and a relevant nursing qualification are required, with a compassionate approach and a clear understanding of professional boundaries. You will work within a supportive home environment, providing safe, person-centred care and collaborating with management to maintain excellent care

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NMC and a relevant Nursing qualification.
• Compassionate and caring attitude with clear understanding of nursing role and boundaries.
• Ability to lead and mentor other staff and supervise shifts.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care and support to residents.
• Oversee medicine management and safe medication administration.
• Create and carry out treatment plans for residents.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and best-practice guidelines.
• Support the Service Manager by promoting high standards and supervising staff.
• Mentor and guide other team members and collaborate with the Manager for smooth operation of the home.
