You will lead the nursing team, oversee medicine management, create treatment plans, and uphold high standards of care in a supportive home environment.

A current NMC registration and nursing qualification are required, with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and relevant Nursing qualification.
• Compassionate and caring attitude with a clear understanding of nursing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care and support to residents.
• Oversee medicine management and safe administration of medications per NMC standards.
• Create and carry out treatment plans.
• Provide a safe, caring and stable environment for residents.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
• Support the Service Manager by promoting high nursing standards and supervising staff and shifts.
• Mentor and guide other team members.
• Collaborate with the Manager to ensure smooth home operations.
