Job summary

Croydon Amphibians Swimming Club is seeking a motivated Level 2-qualified Swimming Coach to lead our County Squad (ages 10–12) into the new season and beyond. This is a friendly, ambitious club with a strong community spirit and a focus on long-term swimmer development.

You will deliver high-quality sessions, mentor swimmers, provide feedback to improve stroke technique, monitor progress, and work with the Head Coach on development plans.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 coaching qualification (ASA Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Proven coaching track record at county level or similar.
  • Excellent communication, motivational and mentoring skills.
  • Positive, professional and proactive approach.
  • UK driving licence and access to transport.
  • Resident in the UK and local to Croydon or nearby.
  • Availability to work approx. 3.5 hours per week (evenings, Tue/Wed/Thu) plus occasional cover and meet support.
