The successful candidate will be expected to work within the scope of their qualification and in line with Swim England coaching guidance, safeguarding requirements, and club policies. The post holder must maintain an appropriate DBS status, complete and keep current any mandatory safeguarding training, and promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and athlete welfare at all times.
