Job summary

Romsey and Totton Swimming Club in Hampshire is seeking a part-time Assistant Coach to join our small but mighty team. You’ll lead your own sessions and bring your own drills and coaching style to swimmers who love to improve.

Qualified to Level 2 Award or Swimming Coach Certificate, you should be creative, enthusiastic and able to motivate and communicate with athletes of all ages. We offer a competitive salary, a supportive club environment, and flexible coaching commitments.

Our swimmers have achieved great things, from Counties, Regionals and National level competition. We pride ourselves on supporting every member to achieve their goals in a supportive environment.

We’re not just looking for someone to assist, we want a coach with fresh ideas who can lead their own sessions. You’ll have the freedom to use your own drills and coaching style to create sessions that swimmers love and that help them improve.
