Provide is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible Speech and Language Therapist to support children and young people across Essex in a Band 7 role. The post involves coordinating a high quality, evidence-based service in clinical areas such as complex needs and AAC, with opportunities to supervise therapists and therapy assistants.

You will lead on service delivery in designated schools and manage a highly specialist caseload while contributing to planning and service development within the Therapies

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites for service delivery.
• Experience with complex needs and AAC is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead service delivery in designated schools.
• Holding a highly specialist clinical caseload in complex needs and AAC.
• Supervise and line manage band 5/6 therapists and SLT assistants.
• Contribute to planning and delivery of the Therapies service.
