Harvester is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train the team, and support the Head Chef with orders, prep and stock control. You will ensure the branded menu is executed to standard and manage a team to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent food preparation and presentation
• Stock control and food ordering experience
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations
• Ability to train and mentor junior chefs
