Prezzo Italian in the UK is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and be number two in the kitchen. You’ll help lead the team, deliver freshly prepared Italian dishes, and uphold high standards in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Kitchen leadership experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
• Understanding of stock, waste, labour and kitchen costs.
• Commitment to food quality, consistency and safety standards.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong kitchen team.
