Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking an energetic Sous Chef to be the number two in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and leading the team in a fast‑paced environment.

You will help manage stock, costs and standards while delivering the Italian favourites our guests love. This role offers regular hours at your home restaurant with shifts planned in advance and the chance to grow across Brava brands in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef looking to step up in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and manage stock, waste and costs.
• Commitment to high quality food, cleanliness and HACCP standards.
• Positive, hands‑on leadership style with coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• As Sous Chef, you’ll be number two in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and deputising as needed.
• You’ll help develop a brilliant team and align with the General Manager to drive restaurant success.
• You’ll support with stock control, waste management and cost control to maintain kitchen performance.
