Job summary

Prezzo Ltd is hiring a high-energy Sous Chef to be number two in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and deputising as needed. You’ll lead the kitchen team, help develop people, and drive food quality, standards and cost control.

Qualifications

• Kitchen leadership: Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef stepping up in a busy kitchen.

• People skills: Positive, hands-on leader who coaches a kitchen team.

Responsibilities
