• Minimum of five years as a Sous Chef.

• Experience with SOPs and menu planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in leading, motivating, and supervising the Kitchen Team.
• Manage food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking, and service within on-site restaurants and bars.
• Take full responsibility for Head Chef duties in their absence.
• Maintain high levels of service that exceed customer expectations.
