Oyster-House invites applications for an experienced Sous Chef to join our evolving Seafront venue. You will work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver fresh, high-quality dishes, lead a kitchen team, and ensure consistent standards across service.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage rota planning, control costs, and contribute to new menu ideas while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifikationen

• We are looking for an existing Sous Chef or senior CDP with leadership and passion for fresh food.
• Be hands-on, able to design and deliver new dishes with creativity alongside the Head Chef.
• Able to manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety.
