Premium Country Pubs is hiring a Sous Chef at the White Hart in Woking. You will lead a kitchen section, coach your team and step in for Head Chef when needed, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality.

You will train staff, order and control food preparation and stock, while upholding health and hygiene standards. A branded menu experience and opportunity for progression are on offer in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Familiar with stock management and food ordering.
